The objective of our Biology experiment was to detect glucose in food using Benedict’s solution. The student’s brought some interesting types of food (chocolate, apple, banana, spaghetti) and they concluded that if colour changes from blue to brick red, glucose is present. If it maintains blue colour, it doesn’t contain glucose. It was a very interesting lesson
